MarketoonPrivacy Policy
This policy explains how personal data is handled on marketoon.io. The website is a presentation site: it has no account creation, no forms, no analytics tools and no advertising trackers.
1. Data controller

2. Data we process
- Messages you send us. When you contact us by email, we process your email address, your name and the content of your message, in order to answer you and discuss a possible collaboration. Legal basis: our legitimate interest and steps taken at your request before a contract. Retention: up to 3 years after our last exchange.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) to operate and secure the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Retention: limited period set by the hosting provider.
3. Cookies
This website does not set any cookies and does not use any third-party tracking. Fonts are hosted on our own server.
4. Recipients
Your data is only accessed by GPM SYSTEMS and, as processors, by our hosting provider (Namecheap, Inc.) and our email service provider. We never sell your data.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Our hosting provider is based in the United States, so technical logs may be processed outside the European Union, under the safeguards provided by the provider, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR and French data protection law, you can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and request its portability. To exercise these rights, write to hello@gaspardpastural.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
7. Changes
This policy will be updated when the Marketoon platform opens, and whenever our processing changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
